Full Stack Developer @Cresol Cooperativa

Florianopolis, BR

I work as a Fullstack Developer on the Insurance team at CRESOL, actively contributing to the development and maintenance of solutions primarily focused on Credit Life Insurance, covering its entire lifecycle — from contracting and renewal to related processes — with plans to expand into new products and services. On the backend, we work with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and a microservices architecture, integrating our applications with a legacy monolithic system built with Java 8, JSP, Struts, and Hibernate. I am also responsible for creating and maintaining management and operational reports using JasperReports, supporting decision-making and performance tracking. On the frontend, we build modern interfaces with React, TypeScript, MUI, Redux, and an internal component library, ensuring visual consistency and a seamless user experience.Beyond development, I assist my Tech Lead with technical and operational team responsibilities, including version control, deployments, conflict resolution, process management, and backlog/board organization. I also contribute to the documentation of procedures for code releases to production and database changes, while continuously seeking to optimize workflows and resources through observability, monitoring, and ticket management.Additionally, I support incident resolution in production, helping the team in the absence of the Tech Lead, whether by addressing questions or reviewing code, ensuring service stability and continuity. My work also involves continuous monitoring with Dynatrace, version control with GitLab, leveraging Azure Cloud, and implementing unit and integration tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
