As the Service Delivery Lead for Oracle Fusion ERP and Procurement, • Responsible for overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle and post-production support of Oracle Fusion applications. This includes managing planning, execution, Go-Live activities, and stabilization phases. I serve as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle consultants to ensure alignment of strategic and operational goals.• I lead the design and configuration of key modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts. My role involves facilitating workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to capture business processes, identify functional gaps, and ensure optimal use of Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.• Managing critical testing phases, including CRP, SIT, and UAT, ensuring complete functional coverage, issue resolution, and business sign-offs. I own the cutover strategy, executing mock cutovers, validating data accuracy, and migrating all configurations across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.• Post-Go-Live, lead Hypercare support, manage incident tracking, and ensure production stability. I also coordinate end-user training, validate documentation, and drive change management for successful adoption.• Defining delivery milestones, KPIs, and SLAs, and reporting status to leadership. I ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits with detailed traceability. I assess the impact of Oracle\'s quarterly updates and implement improvements leveraging new features.• Additionally, I oversee third-party integrations such as vendor portals, tax engines, payment gateways, and inventory systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functional accuracy across systems.
