Led the end-to-end development of underwriting scorecard model for MFI-PTC (Microfinance Pass-Through Certificate) deals under NuScore. This involved building static pools using Months on Book (MOB) data and conducting detailed flow rate analysis to identify customer behaviour trends. The project spanned comprehensive data preparation, cleaning, feature engineering and selection, model training, and rigorous out-of-time validation to ensure robust predictive performance.Built and validated a consumer finance model using SBL partner data; shortlisted cohorts from rejected loan applications and assessed model performance using PSI, KS score, AUC, and cross-validation techniques.Created 450+ bureau-derived features (ratios, time-based deltas, and loan-type segments) for MFI client Pahal, supporting predictive model development integrated into the NuScore platform. The analytics team leveraged these features to build predictive models that were subsequently integrated into the NuScore platform.Developed BI dashboards for NuScore covering SBL and LAP segments, enabling business teams to track customer segments, disbursements, and portfolio health using integrated bureau and DPD data—for DO partners including Kinara, Indifi, LendingKart, and Nira.Built Python data pipelines usingApache Airflow as part of NorthernArc’s data infrastructure, transferring data from Elasticsearch to PostgreSQL with scheduling, retries, alerts, and error handling.Developed an end-to-end feature engineering pipeline for Pragati, Northern Arc’s business correspondent, to transform raw bureau data into actionable features stored in PostgreSQL for downstream analytics and decisioning.Implemented OLAP and OLTP strategies to optimize data storage and query efficiency. Designed a star schema with well defined fact and dimension tables, and improved performance using B-tree indexing and file partitioning prior to deployment.
