Other executive roles in the energy sector include SVP & CRO at Aquila, Inc. where he developed an organization responsible for establishing corporate policy, policy compliance, oversight of the company’s domestic and international risk mgmt. activities including market and credit risk, internal audit, insurable risk, middle office functionality and ERM initiative. Has held senior management positions in the areas of finance, treasury, risk mgmt. and planning at other energy companies including VP & Treasurer of Transco Energy, VP, Risk Mgmt. for TGMC, and leadership positions in Treasury with Superior Oil. In addition has consulted as Sr. Director, Energy Risk Mgmt. for UtiliPoint Int\'l; a research based consulting firm to the utility and broader energy sectors. Holds degrees in multiple disciplines.
