Task force support to fill in as account leader as necessary within the different locations nationally.• Lead client operations through prospecting, staffing, expansion, and growth opportunities within existing and new accounts. • Build and develop relationships with hotel clients and partners through service excellence and operational discipline to continue to grow market. • Ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels with associates and clients.• Capability to perform service reviews with accounts including but not limited to: o Review of open and filled orders ensure to work with recruiting in communicating needso Employee retention, tracking, meeting staffing needso Partnering opportunities with clients to solve staffing issues• Develop recruiting plans and network to proactively fill upcoming and current open needs; visit with channel partners as required; post flyers an signs in the community; support social media recruiting as required. • Onboard new hires through training and management.• Ensure new employees have background checks, drug screens and other new hire paperwork completed prior to working. • Conduct and manage interviews for candidates.• Manage any performance issues or employee relation issues for assignment-based employees in a timely manner. • Complete daily activity reports and administrative work related to hiring and tracking hours and payroll; complete payroll weekly by required deadlines. Manage budget, including cost estimate bid sheets and contracts.• Ensure workforce is compliant and staff adhere to wage and hour requirements. • Provide the highest level of customer service through customizing staffing by incorporating client needs into our practice.
