LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS With Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee, advanced rapidly from an initial role as a Senior Project Manager to Vice President of IT Services, then to Chief Information Officer in 18 months. Served as CIO for more than 2 years. Directed a $37MM IT organization, with authority over 165 employees engaged in Applications Development, IT Operations, Support Services, Data Management, and the PMO. Orchestrated and began the execution of a $100MM multi-year program to transform business and technology frameworks — the largest investment in the company\'s history.
