Starting out in sales and account management, I’m the first point of contact for business owners who wish to engage with Magnetic Alliance. Once onboard, I assist our clients in achieving their business growth goals through utilising our plug in Head Office. Over time, my role has expanded to event and workshop co-ordination, automation of company IT systems, managing the lead generation team, and working with the managing director to implement a variety of internal company projects and improvements. Success in this role is based on client onboarding and retention, client satisfaction, and project implementation speed and effectiveness. Responsibilities and Duties:• Bring new clients on board• Take care of existing client\'s needs• Work out the key issues they are facing in their growth journey and attach the right solution.• Manage company business systems from set up to maintenance• Manage Lead Generation Team• Deliver business system set ups such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) and contract management software for company clients. • Co-ordinate company events and workshops• Work with the Managing Director on internal projects and company improvements
