Established Regional Headquarters offices in Zambia, Sudan, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, including obtaining trade license, locate and establish an office, setup of all communication systems, bank accounts, and all day-to-day operations.• Implement, execute, supervise and coordinate the overall Program Management functions including contract management, team organization, project management plan, subcontracting plan and subcontract administration system, document control plan, procurement plan, material management plan, logistics (mobilization and transportation) plan, QA/QC program, safety/accident prevention plan, and security program, the integration of design between client and design team and also between design team and project execution staff, with my team. • Business development, developing an overall marketing plan, and strategic analysis of potential projects on different locations mostly with various U.S. Government Agencies• Coordination between the clients in U.S. and Turkey Offices, and the Site Offices in different countries.• Work with the Project Managers and Clients to ensure each stage of the project is being adhered according to the design and contract documents. To communicate regularly with the Design Program Manager during design and construction phase to establish the project requirements and to ensure proper interpretation of the design is established. • Develop, write, edit, schedule, and produce compliant proposal responses to RFPs from several sources including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Overseas Building Operations (OBO); World Bank, USAID, U.S Air Force (USAF), and private companies including compliance matrices, schedules, and directives for multi-volume proposals.
