Julie is responsible for creating strategic partners, developing business, executing marketing strategies, and supporting the overall growth and expansion of the Clayco business units in the Southwest (including subsidiaries Concrete Strategies, Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Clayco Design and Engineering). Julie assists in the development and preparation of market research, client expansion, strategies, proposals, internal communications, and events.In addition to a fulfilling career in the AEC industry, Julie is a US Air Force retiree whose 20+ year career included multiple deployments as an Aerial Porter or “Port Dawg”. Since the Berlin Airlift in 1948, Port Dawgs have moved the world through peacetime and wartime operations. From supplying natural disaster relief to far-reaching areas and supporting wildfire containment, to contingency deployments in combat zones, Port Dawgs are responsible for planning and executing air transportation activities on and off the flight line.
