ABOUT BRYANT C. ALEXANDER

Most people try to push through the pattern and I learned the hard way that you have to redesign it. My career gave me an unusual combination of experiences-Consulting for startups-Investing in real estate -Working in enablement at Uber -Coaching senior leaders at Google, Airbnb, and Calm. Across all of it I watched the same thing happen-capable, strategic, high performing executives hitting walls that had nothing to do with their intelligence or ambition. Strategy was sound and the execution was solid but under pressure, something else was running the show. I had to live with that feeling personally. My career looked successful on paper and internally I was running on an outdated operating system. What I thought was momentum masked led burnout and burnout led to depression. That breakdown became the foundation for everything I do now. What I discovered confirmed something I had been observing for years. Coaching as practiced today is incomplete. Coaches are taught to work from the neck up: shifting the mindset, building resilience or pushing through. While that has value it leaves out the majority of what is actually driving the pattern. Executives do not just think their way through uncertainty. Funding cycles, restructurings, digital transformations, and organizational pressure shape how they perform whether they realize it or not.I created Performance Architecture as a way to go deeper than traditional coaching. I am an executive leadership coach and MBSR instructor working at the intersection of science and contemplative practice. Not by ignoring the business context but by understanding it deeply enough to know that the real leverage is never in the strategy. Who I work with: Executives navigating change or transition. High performers who need to go deeper than mindset. Leaders struggling to perform sustainably at the next level. How we work together: Executive Leadership Coaching — group cohorts and organizational consulting built around the Performance Architecture framework. Mindfulness Stress Reduction — the traditional eight-week MBSR program for executives navigating real pressure and burnout.A few books that influence my work-My Grandmothers Hands-The Untethered Soul-The Body Keeps Score -Full Catastrophe Living -Positive Intelligence -Your Brain is Your Body A few credentials that influence my work -ICF-accredited coach-Prosci-Certified change management practitioner-MBSR-certified-Insights Discovery Practitioner
