Manage the development and implementation of processes and services involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects, including technology upgrades, new generator installs and generator replacements, new site builds, small cells and COWs for special events and emergency response. Responsible for all aspects of real estate activities including, but not limited to: managing multiple vendors through site initiation, design, leasing zoning, permitting, and ensuring compliance with all federal and environmental regulations. Resolve any customer/tenant issues. Take the lead in interfacing with tenants and analyzing and negotiating difficult lease agreements, renewals and other rights of use and determine best negotiating positions. Cultivate customer relationships, revenues, expenses and contract administration.
