ABOUT BRYANT ISON

My career began in the halls of some of the world’s most respected consumer companies—PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, and Clorox—where I was classically trained in the fundamentals of marketing, brand building, and consumer insights. Those early years taught me the discipline of strategy, the rigor of P&L ownership, and the creativity required to connect with consumers in meaningful ways.Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built on that foundation by helping both global CPG leaders and emerging startups unlock growth. Whether launching breakthrough innovations, leading brand turnarounds, or scaling disruptive categories, my focus has always been the same: accelerate revenue and profitability through marketing that matters. One of my proudest achievements came at Johnson & Johnson, when I won a Gold Lion at Cannes for developing a unique augmented reality app for the iconic Band-Aid brand - driving not only signficant brand equity, but also incremental distribution and over $2MM in incremental revenue. That experience reinforced what I believe at my core: when strategy, innovation, and execution align, brands don’t just grow—they transform industries.Today, I bring that same mindset to every challenge: blending consumer insight, digital strategy, integrated campaigns, and innovation to build health and wellness brands that truly improve people’s lives. I’ve worked across categories from cannabis and CBD to food, beverage, skincare, healthcare, and household care—and in each, the constant has been a passion for helping people make better choices every day.Beyond business results, I’m deeply committed to developing and mentoring talent. I believe strong leaders build stronger teams, and that the best marketing comes from people who feel empowered to innovate, take risks, and deliver with excellence. Core strengths: Brand strategy, innovation & new product development, integrated marketing, consumer engagement, P&L management, business turnaround, agency leadership, global/regional/local brand management, promotions, partnerships, and retail strategy.
