Develop the strategy and lead IT initiatives for operations and delivery. Forge strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with client IT leadership. Lead the deployment of value-add solutions for clients with new processes and tools. Provide thought leadership and direction on program activities ensuring disciplined execution. Direct program activities to meet client and organizational objectives and serve as liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks and solve problems. Lead and direct cross-functional resources as required throughout the program or project lifecycle. Assure high quality and timely delivery of program products, services and deliverables. Provide program transparency to the entire program and leadership team. Coordinate closely with third party vendors to successful delivery. Establish and maintain a persistent communicative relationship with client IT leadership, including CIO, Directors and affiliate service owners. Identify critical path decisions, make recommendations and influence program to deliver effective solutions.
