ABOUT BRUNO SOUZA

I am a business manager at WeWork, a global leader in flexible and hybrid workspaces. I have a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas, and I am pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas, one of the most prestigious institutions in Brazil. My core competencies are communication, problem-solving, and administration.In my current role, I manage a Community Leads and Associates team, and I am responsible for contract renewals, account management, member satisfaction, and NPS results for clients ranging from 1 to 19 positions, including enterprise companies. I also create and facilitate events that promote collaboration and business opportunities among our members. In my previous roles, I was a Community Lead and a Community Associate, where I learned how to build a welcoming and collaborative community environment through a hybrid workplace model and how to handle building operations and management. I am passionate about creating and delivering exceptional experiences for our members and continually seek ways to improve our processes and services.
