BlueShift Worked as a Data consultant, focused on Microsoft tools, utilizing all available resources of the Power Platform to solve customer issues, always bringing the best solutions considering time, economy, and user usability. Client allocations- Data Consultant at Braskem, Inc- P&L Project (Using Excel;PowerAutomate;VBA;Sharepoint)Connected Excel to Analysis Service via PowerQuery using VBA to assist in ETL automation. After that, using Power Automate to send the confirmation form to 3 areas responsible parties, then releasing the \".xlsx\" file attached via email to the entire sector- Service Desk Project (Using PowerApps;PowerAutomate;PowerBi)Assisted in Ticket opening portal for the data area, using the entire PowerPlatform portal, starting with an application within PowerApps for opening and monitoring the ticket by both the user and the analyst, with the analyst having the possibility to change the ticket at any time, recording the date and time of status change to generate KPIs. Then, using PowerAutomate for automations, such as email sending (Creation, Modification, Conclusion, and Deletion of the ticket), reading and creating a file for attachment and SharePoint by uploading the attachment JSON to the App.

Besides that, I am self-starter because challenges are what drives me to do more and improve. Also, learning comes easy and naturally to me as technology is not only my job, but my joy.I Graduated with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration in Puc-Campinas, a respected university in Brazil. My goal was to understand deeply about how a company really works and I achieved that. I have a systemic vision of how the financial, accounting, human resources, logistic, market intelligence and marketing departments works. At the start of 2018, while working with administration, I discovered the power of Data and I instantly fell in love with it and this soon led me to become a successful Data Analyst. This business degree and work experience have been invaluable to me nowadays since I can solve problems more effectively and propose accurate solutions as I understand the impact of my actions in the company as a whole. Throughout my journey in Data, I\'ve worked with multiple Consultancies and provided data solutions for a variety os clients from different industries, such as the Health, Manufacturing, Financial and Logistics industries. In these experiences, I\'ve been a part of important projects, such as: Implementing the whole transition of Excel to Power BI in Myralis, Inc, reducing workload from 6 hours daily to just the click of a button. Besides that, I created a ServiceDesk replica in PowerApps for Braskem, Inc, which allowed up to 90% cost reduction. With experience in large companies as a consultant, I always try to leave a little bit of myself in each consultancy I do, always maintaining a good posture, a high spirit and bringing results.I am an expert in Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI (DAX and M specialized), PowerApps, Powe Automate, Azure and Data Flow. I also am highly proficient in VBA, ETL Process, Data Modeling and databases in general.
