I build fulfilment infrastructure that makes cross-border e-commerce simple, fast and financially predictable.As CEO of Fullfilwave (TheFBAprep.com), I’m scaling a pan-European 3PL network in the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal. We combine operations with our own WMS and API layer (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay; DPD, Correos, CDEK and others) to deliver FBA prep, D2C fulfilment, kitting/rework and returns with clear SLAs and real-time visibility.I started on the warehouse floor and route operations (Eagle Deliveries), opened facilities, negotiated carrier partnerships, and built tech where existing tools couldn’t keep up.
