Responsible for managing the full recruitment and selection process, from identifying position needs to hiring and onboarding new employees.• Conduct alignment meetings with managers to define the ideal candidate profile, considering technical and behavioral skills as well as team demands.• Create and post job openings across multiple channels, including social media and specialized platforms, aiming to attract profiles aligned with company culture and requirements.• Perform resume screening, structured and competency-based interviews, and apply tests or group dynamics depending on each role\'s needs.• Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the selection process, providing clear updates and structured feedback at each stage.• Handle the collection, review, and input of hiring documents into the TOTVS system, ensuring information accuracy and completeness.• Lead the onboarding of new employees, offering initial guidance, tracking attendance, promoting integration with the company culture, and supporting first-day tasks.• Monitor key recruitment metrics, suggest continuous improvements, and participate in internal audits related to hiring processes.• Plan and coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a more welcoming and representative work environment.
