Bruce Flunker, CEBS, Retired President | Employee Benefits ExpertAfter a rewarding career of over 40 years in the employee benefits and insurance industry, I retired as President at 90 Degree Benefits, Minnesota/Wisconsin. During my tenure, I had the privilege of working alongside a talented team to manage and innovate employee benefits programs for employers across all industries, helping organizations of every size optimize their benefits offerings to fit both their bottom lines and employee needs.As an experienced leader and mentor, I guided 90 Degree Benefits through significant growth and building a reputation for providing actionable, multi-year strategies that made a lasting impact on clients’ success.I’m incredibly proud of my contributions to the field, including my tenure on the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators Board, and as President of Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc, as well as my leadership roles at Symetra Financial Corporation (FKA Safeco Life) and EBC.Though I’m now retired, I’m looking forward to staying engaged with the industry, continuing to learn, and exploring ways to contribute to its evolution in the years ahead.As I enter this new chapter of life, I look forward to spending more time with my family and exploring new ventures. My professional journey has been an enriching one, and I’m grateful for the many connections and opportunities that came my way over the years.
