ABOUT BRUCE T.
I’m currently sitting with the Clinical Negligence team at Browne Jacobson, following two other seats in Corporate Real Estate and Government and Infrastructure. My work in Corporate Real Estate focussed on the performance of property due diligence to support on corporate transactions, and assisting with loan facilitation for substantial property refinances. My work in Government and Infrastructure involved advising local authority clients on a wide range of projects, including procurements, large-scale redevelopments, and commercial contracts. In Clinical Negligence, I focus on the defence of pre-litigation and litigated claims of medical negligence made against GPs and NHS Trusts. I manage a caseload of pre-action matters, and I assist on high-value matters at various stages of litigation. This follows a year-long post as a paralegal within the department.I’m a keen advocate of Browne Jacobson’s campaigns and strategies with regard to DE & I and social mobility; I champion these day to day. I am an active member of our Pride Network and I’m a representative of the Network for our Manchester office. I’ll always be keen to engage with other professionals across industries. Let’s connect!
