Manager of a team of Rehabilitation Consultants in partnership with BUPA to provide defence-ready Allied Health staff support at on-base locations, ensuring that ADF workers gain access to quality on-site care and occupational rehabilitation services.Responsibilities• Reporting to the General Manager, I currently provide leadership, coaching and inspiration to a team of rehabilitation consultants working closely with the ADF to achieve business, human capital and commercial efficiencies for the ADF, in Sydney. • As a Team Manager my role includes meeting the needs of our customers to deliver on the company’s commercial success by acting as the face of our business, working with our major client The Australian Defence Force as well as Insurers, self-insurers, corporate clients, government agencies and regulators.• Navigating the relationship between Generation Health/APM and the ADF to deliver on the goals and objectives of the contract whilst ensuring optimal commercial efficiencies for Generation Health/APM.
