Hello! My name is Brooke Slota, and I am currently a sophomore at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, pursuing a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Science with a minor in Psychology. Throughout my coursework and research, I have developed a strong interest in child development, specifically childhood communication disorders. I have also found interest in how conditions such as TBIs and neurogenic disorders impair speech, language, and cognition. I am eager to expand my knowledge and explore hands-on opportunities.
