Manage FSU Career Center’s reimagined Employer In Residence Program, connecting top-tier employers with FSU students in a dynamic, inclusive environment• Coordinate On-Campus Recruitment (OCR) and Interviews Program, organizing all-day events for 50+ employers to conduct student interviews for internships and jobs• Collaborate with Career Center partners to align their recruitment goals with campus initiatives, fostering mutual investment• Serve as the Liaison for the Student Athlete Department, assisting over 500 student-athletes with professional development and career readinessEMPLOYER RELATIONS TEAM DATA LEAD- Collaborate with the Assessment & Data Analyst to gather qualitative insights and evaluate team events- Research and report industry trends and career landscape data for top alumni destinations- Develop and analyze reports on Career Fair metrics, providing actionable recommendations- Serve on the Research and Evaluation Committee, aligning data insights with Employer Relations strategies
