Uses Microsoft Suite products throughout the project lifecycle for reporting and presentation and ad hoc tracking needs-Assesses risks and develops risk mitigation efforts-Utilizes project analysis, including estimated effort hours/budget, data analysis, forecasting, and previous project workflows, to make conscientious financial decisions-Monitors project resources throughout the project lifecycle, including current and projected profitability, teammate workload, and project’s current performance; adjusts as needed-Facilitates discussions with clients and peers to gain insight of client, client’s customers, project needs, client competitor’s outputs, and defines needs-based solution architecture-Creates visual roadmap, e.g. Gantt charts, to display suggested workflows and estimated timelines.
