   Shepherds technical, strategic, and design-build projects for clients across a variety of sectors. Deliverables include video and graphic elements, RISE and Storyline modules, product enhancements, technical design, and program support-Identifies and navigates through complex client requirements and operations, e.g. accessibility standards, legal review, fiscal timelines, stakeholders and SME input, and grant-funding prerequisites, while in alignment with iterative and agile project management approaches-Understands scope of projects, including timeline, budget, and required project resources, and in conjunction with client product historical analysis, completes projects in a timely and profitable manner-Leads cross-functional project team and facilitates internal and external communication efforts, both in-person and virtually. Provides clarity of expectations and support needed to execute tasks and timelines-Composes detailed project plans using Wrike, a client-based project management system, that meet required timeframes, budget, and project scope. Uses Microsoft Suite products throughout the project lifecycle for reporting and presentation and ad hoc tracking needs-Assesses risks and develops risk mitigation efforts-Utilizes project analysis, including estimated effort hours/budget, data analysis, forecasting, and previous project workflows, to make conscientious financial decisions-Monitors project resources throughout the project lifecycle, including current and projected profitability, teammate workload, and project’s current performance; adjusts as needed-Facilitates discussions with clients and peers to gain insight of client, client’s customers, project needs, client competitor’s outputs, and defines needs-based solution architecture-Creates visual roadmap, e.g. Gantt charts, to display suggested workflows and estimated timelines.
