Brittany serves as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at Unreasonable Group, where she acts as a strategic partner to advance organizational priorities, cultivate high-impact partnerships, and lead special initiatives across the organization. She oversees Unreasonable’s global Mentor community, stewarding a trusted network of leaders committed to supporting growth-stage entrepreneurs tackling the world’s most pressing challenges. Unreasonable Group exists to harness the power of business to build a more just and regenerative world - uniting entrepreneurs, institutions, and investors to scale solutions to global challenges.Brittany is a impact focused operational leader with experience managing global programs while collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups. Her work sits at the intersection of experience design, social innovation, community building, and inclusivity - grounded in a deep commitment to environmental and social justice.She holds a Master of Arts in Social Innovation from the University of San Diego’s Kroc School of Peace Studies, where she focused on addressing root causes to design scalable, systems-level solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management (Emphasis in Meetings & Events), along with an Honors Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies, from San Diego State University.
