About Bridget Wilkinson

I am a philanthropic leader who believes that equity, joy, and trust must be at the heart of how we resource communities and movements. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the founding President & CEO of the One Valley Community Foundation, where—together with an incredible board, staff, and community of partners—we grew a small rural foundation into a $57M philanthropic organization.Our team’s work has always been grounded in shared values of integrity, collaboration, innovation, empowerment, and impact, along with personal commitments to abundance, joy, and hope. Guided by these principles, One Valley launched initiatives like Give Big Gallatin Valley (which has raised more than $20M for 460+ nonprofits) and A Seat at the Table, a county-wide conversation that engaged thousands of residents in shaping community priorities.I’ve learned that the best philanthropy happens when it is inclusive, trust-based, and led by those closest to the work. That belief has guided our efforts to support BIPOC- and Indigenous-led organizations, youth philanthropy, and grassroots movements. Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of partnering with donors of all kinds—from families and foundations to middle school students—helping each align their giving with their values and community needs.What inspires me most is the chance to work alongside others—board members, staff, community leaders, and partners—who share a commitment to building belonging, advancing equity, and strengthening the social fabric.
