National security, risk, and intelligence have been the focus of my 15+ year career, building and leading programs that safeguard critical operations and infrastructure across the U.S. I’ve overseen enterprise-wide programs supporting 325K personnel across 54 jurisdictions, delivered over 200 strategic threat assessments, and managed responses to 141 real-world incidents.As Director of Security, I led a team of 239 professionals across classified and unclassified environments, achieving 100% audit compliance across 3,500 facilities. I co-developed a nationwide security strategy in partnership with MIT, modernized continuity planning, and guided the acquisition of $58.5M in secure facilities across 8 states. My efforts closed major field gaps, improved personnel retention, and saved millions in training costs.Previously, I served as the Army’s intelligence lead at the Pentagon for an $800M cloud-based platform, which we delivered at under 25% of the original budget. I directed planning, testing, and stakeholder engagement for the system’s rollout, aligning edge computing, data ingestion, and analytics with real-world mission needs.I specialize in high-impact, cross-functional work, integrating crisis management, regulatory compliance, and business continuity. I’ve led emergency planning and continuity programs with $20M+ in funding, briefed Joint Chiefs-level leadership, and increased site security ratings by 20% through enterprise risk assessments and standardized governance frameworks.Training and development have been central throughout my leadership. I’ve designed national training strategies for 315K+ personnel, developed 30+ intelligence and emergency management courses, and collaborated with Harvard and the Director of National Intelligence to innovate instructional models. My programs increased analyst proficiency by 30% and reversed multi-year declines in operational readiness.Outside of work, I remain deeply involved in service and education. I volunteer as a personal financial counselor through my church, helping individuals navigate budgeting, debt, and long-term planning. My family and I also train service dogs for Semper K9, housing and preparing them for placement with wounded veterans, giving them the confidence and mobility they deserve.I read about geopolitical risk and global conflict for fun, exploring the historical, cultural, and economic threads that explain today’s crises.
