ABOUT BRIAN ENRIGHT

My experience includes over 42 years in the financial services industry. In that time, I have developed a “client comes first” philosophy and am committed to staying in front of my clients and their changing financial needs. I maintain a conservative, “value” approach to investing, and am a patient investor who focuses on the long-term. Each of my clients is extremely valued and great personal attention is paid to their financial needs.My career began with First Albany Corporation in 1982, in the Operations Department. Four years later, I joined the Capital Markets Group as a Trader/Salesman, where I was promoted to Senior Vice President. In August of 2002, I joined Janney Montgomery Scott LLC to launch a Taxable Fixed Income Group as a Senior Vice President of Fixed Income and Capital Markets. I was attracted to Janney because it is a well known name within the industry, with a conservative reputation. In the spring of 2005, I made the transition to Financial Consultant as Senior Vice President/Investments within the Private Client Group of Janney. My practice includes financial, retirement, insurance and education planning; mutual funds, tax-free & taxable bonds, and annuities. I am one of the first users of Bloomberg in the Capital Region, and to this day, Bloomberg is still my most valued investment tool. The Bloomberg Terminal is a computer system provided by Bloomberg L.P. that enables certain financial professionals to access the Bloomberg Professional service through which users can monitor and analyze real-time financial market data movements and place trades on the electronic trading platform.
