About Briana Clark
I believe that all children are capable of success and deserve equitable access to education, resources, and out-of-school programming. As a former K-8 teacher in low-income schools and a leader in the nonprofit sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting youth and their communities.In my work, I coached volunteers to mentor teens, enabling them to explore new educational and workforce opportunities. This model not only empowered teens but also gave volunteers the chance to grow through self-discovery and service.Managing and coaching teams is a passion of mine. I strive to guide individuals toward the answers they already hold within themselves, rather than providing solutions. I also believe that self-awareness in leadership is key—understanding our own patterns and mindsets allows us to collaborate effectively and grow.Relationships and meaningful action are central to who I am. I thrive on moving initiatives forward and making a tangible impact.
