With over 30 years of dedicated service in public safety, I bring a calm, decisive, and people-first approach to operational leadership, organizational stability, and risk management. Throughout my career with the Toronto Police Service — including time as a Duty Senior Officer (DSO)— I’ve often been tasked with leading units through complex transitions, high-pressure incidents, and strategic realignments.Whether coordinating multi-agency responses, improving underperforming teams, or shaping training and accountability frameworks, my focus has always been clear: deliver results through steady leadership, team cohesion, and sound decision-making. My background also includes tactical operations through the Emergency Task Force, giving me a strong foundation in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments.Outside of policing, I serve as President of the Board at New Visions Toronto, a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with complex physical and developmental disabilities.
