I developed Lattice’s implementation team, helping grow it from 2 to 14 personnel while providing direct mentorship to all junior members of the team. Refined best practices and implementation strategy in the emerging market of employee performance management platforms, including 3 new Lattice product add-on launches. Successfully implemented and developed performance management processes for over 250 client organizations, enabling more effective employee development and retention. Collaborated cross-functionally with sales and client success teams to ensure a smooth end to end experience for clients within a maturing go-to-market team. Facilitated the creation of our EMEA branch of the implementation team. I also identified and resolved issues with processes and best practices unique to clients in this space while maintaining unity and collaboration between our three offices.
