Hi my name is Brian! I am from Sierra Vista / Fort Huachuca Arizona. I originally started my career working with a national bank in Sierra Vista / Fort Huachuca as a loan officer helping many Veterans obtain financing. I specialized in lending on rural properties and unique properties in southern Arizona cities Benson, Tombstone, Green Valley, Nogales, Douglas, Bisbee, Tucson. These properties included manufactured, Single Family, town homes, and Geodesic, My career in the finance industry with large national banks and home builders has moved me around the South West United states, Denver Colorado, Huntington Beach California, Long Beach California and mainly the Phoenix Metropolitan area are some of the cities I have resided and done business. I have been in the mortgage real estate finance industry for 23 years, my experience in the industry I have served many different roles including, Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Secondary Marketing, Conventional Mortgage Underwriter, Government Mortgage Underwriter, Compliance Auditor, Closing, and Escrow experience, I have also managed all these functional roles for many years.
