ABOUT BRIAN OMALLEY

I currently work as a Project Manager at Ledcor, a construction company specializing in telecommunication deployment. The telecom industry is fast paced and my ability to view projects from above as well as dive into the weeds has helped me drive success for my clients and grow my career. I have been successful in growing existing clients as well as kicking off new projects and developing new client partnerships. I love knowing every aspect of the projects I manage and continuously look for ways to improve their processes and become more efficient. I have worked on projects for Verizon, T-Mobile, AT & T, and Comcast, among others. I enjoy working in a team-based environment. As a project manager dedicated to client success, I consider my client partners to be just as much a part of my team as my internal colleagues. I believe communication is pivotal in building a sustainable team environment and I excel at synthesizing client needs in a way that my team can understand. I am a problem solver and I pride myself on my creativity just as much as my logic. I believe that that there is never one solution to a problem and am relentless about uncovering them all. My hobbies include cooking, art, crappy reality TV shows, playing intramural sports with friends and all things Chicago.
