ABOUT BRIAN OLAUGHLIN
I am currently the lead architect at HNTB for the new Las Vegas A’s Ballpark in collaboration with Bjarke Ingels Group. The Ballpark features a fixed ~700’ long-span metal roof with ETFE clerestories over the field, a sf double-curved cablenet window with views out to Las Vegas Blvd, a seats bowl with some of the closest and best sightlines, along with unprecedented unique experiential and premium amenities. Prior to my current position, I was a Senior Associate and Project Architect at Gehry Partners, a renowned architecture firm that designs iconic buildings and structures worldwide. I was with the firm for over 20 years, leading and collaborating on projects of various scales and typologies. This work included projects such as the Guggenheim Museum Abu Dhabi, the Barclays Center Arena, and Frank Gehry\'s new personal residence in Santa Monica.I have a strong background working on iconic architectural projects with complex geometries and building systems. I am passionate about creating innovative and inspiring solutions while managing the technical and programmatic aspects to successfully deliver on each project.
