Primary responsibilities include support for all users in relationship to their job functionality within the software. Encompass EDM, network services/interface management, general technical, i.e. custom fields, custom input forms, Edisclosures, Encompass doc solutions, persona access, user groups, hierarchy set up and business contacts for cost center management. Excellent skills diagnosing compliance, Mavent resolution and TRID/ATR/QM application to the workflow. Thorough knowledge of workflow with all GSE’s, Fannie/Freddie through third party interface AUS engines. Extensive knowledge of the industry which helps to support all users confronted with any functionality issues within the software. In addition, traveled to and from corporate headquarters training newly hired support staff team members.
