Lead the communications team for one of the largest and fastest growing Catholic dioceses in the United States. • Transformed the department into a fully digital, local news source, creating robust and informative content in a timely fashion through increased video and photography.• Created strategies that are analytically driven to increase engagement, reach and expanded audiences through social media, traditional media and the weekly Sunday TV Mass that is broadcast across the state of Arizona on CW7. Negotiated broadcast window from 90-minutes to two hours every Sunday (8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.)• Proactively pitched diocese’s ground-breaking Mental Health Ministry (December 2022) to secular and non-secular media, successfully garnering millions of media impressions globally.• Developed the first-ever “Catholic Night” with MLB’s Arizona Diamondbacks (Sept. 29, 2023), raising funds for Catholic Schools and providing a night of fellowship.• A member of the diocesan transition and leadership team, welcoming new Bishop John Dolan to the Diocese of Phoenix in August 2022, including press conference, special events and installation Mass. Transition efforts included a highly successful, nine-part video series “Getting to Know Bishop Dolan.”• Collaborated with actor and devote Catholic Mark Wahlberg in locally promoting his movie Fr. Stu, leveraging his appearance to promote the diocese’s online newspaper (“The Catholic Sun”), weekly podcast (“The Bishops Hour”) and supporting diocesan seminarians.• Hosted the Catholic Media Conference in June of 2025, one of the most highly attended conferences in years, with national and diocesan attendees from all over the United States.
