Monitor commercial activities of third parties.\\\\n\\\\nMaintain deep expertise and knowledge on rules and regulations before the US Patent & Trademark Office as well as other relevant jurisdictional IP offices.\\\\n\\\\nExhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with in-house teams to identify and capture IP and diligently prepare disclosures for the protection of IP, to ensure a long-term competitive advantage to the Company.\\\\n\\\\nServe as lead legal counsel on adverse proceedings (e.g, European Oppositions).\\\\n\\\\nReview all public disclosures (slides/talks, abstracts, manuscripts, and articles) to ensure IP is protected prior to disclosure.\\\\n\\\\nAdvise GC on IP-related transactions, such as licensing transactions, collaboration/partnering opportunities, and potential infringement of a third-party patent as well as IP-related portion of other strategic transactions.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
