Coordinate daily branch operations, order processing, and customer service for hydraulic systems, components, and filtration products-Manage the end-to-end order cycle: responding to customer inquiries, converting purchase orders to sales orders, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment-Oversee inventory control for technical products (Pall Hydraulic filters, Aeroquip hose fittings), using MYOB Greentree ERP to track stock levels, forecast demand, and minimise shortages-Analysed historical customer purchasing data to forecast future hose fittings and hydraulic filter demand, reducing stock-outs and improving order fulfilment rates-Optimise order fulfilment processes — from pick/pack to shipment — improving efficiency and ensuring on-time delivery-Liaise with sales, warehouse, and suppliers to resolve order issues, implement process improvements, and maintain service quality-Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to enhance branch efficiency and reduce operational waste.
