Additionally I am pursuing a CompTIA A+ certification with an already completed 1101 exam. With 10 years of managerial experience as a Store Manager at 30 Burgers, I have developed strong competencies in managing workloads, strategic thinking, employee development, regulatory compliance, and technology proficiency. I am also skilled in network design and implementation, troubleshooting, cloud computing, and firewalls, which I have applied to optimize and secure the digital communications of my current and previous workplaces. I am a lifelong learner who is always eager to expand my skill set and keep up with the latest developments in networking technology. My goal is to connect and collaborate with other IT professionals and organizations to enhance the efficiency and security of digital networks.
