I’m a public-sector program leader with 20+ years of experience delivering complex healthcare and human services programs at scale—most recently across Medicaid, eligibility and enrollment, and health benefits modernization efforts that serve millions of people.My career began right out of graduate school at Maximus, where what I thought was a “first job” turned into a 19-year journey spanning consulting, international program support, large-scale system implementations, and executive leadership. I ultimately served as Vice President leading the U.S. Services Program Management Office, accountable for enterprise delivery across multi-state Medicaid and health programs. Along the way, I had the privilege of leading and mentoring exceptional project managers and business analysts, standing up new operations and technology platforms, navigating high-risk turnarounds, and partnering closely with government clients to ensure programs launched successfully and sustainably.My work has lived at the intersection of mission, delivery, and execution—from implementing enrollment broker programs and contact centers, to deploying CRM, telephony, and data platforms, to building governance models that bring clarity to complex stakeholder environments. I’m known for calm leadership in ambiguity, strong client advocacy, and an ability to translate strategy into operational reality.After a brief consulting chapter with Health System Transformation, I’ve started an exciting new role as a Principal in the Project Management practice at Nava Public Benefit Corporation, where I help lead contracts and teams delivering modern, human-centered government services. Nava’s mission—making government services simple and effective—aligns deeply with why I entered public service in the first place.I’m PMP and SAFe® 6 Agilist certified, grounded in scalable delivery methodologies, and motivated by building teams and systems that work better for the people who rely on them.Outside of work, I’m a long-distance runner (recent first marathon finisher in Jan 2026), which has reinforced a lesson I bring to every engagement: steady effort, trust in the process, and resilience matter—especially when there are no shortcuts.If you’re passionate about modernizing government, improving public outcomes, or building delivery teams that truly make a difference, I’m always happy to connect.
