I oversee all operational functions across PUBG studios in Madison, Seattle, and Zaragoza, Spain. I’m directly responsible for managing Human Resources, IT, facilities management, budget forecasting and administration, outsource oversight, special projects, community engagement, and other high impact strategic initiatives. I work closely with studio leadership and KRAFTON headquarters in Korea to align global operations and support organizational objectives.I’ve managed the successful execution of several large scale infrastructure projects, including the largest Motion Capture stage in the mid-west and a state-of-the art studio expansion, both tailored to the specific needs of our team. I focused on cost reduction and impactful design, creating spaces that support both in-person and global collaboration. With the support of the incredible operations team I manage our Madison studio has been recognized as a “Top Workplace” in Madison. This award reflects our dedication to our employees, the strong workplace culture we’ve built, and the excellence of our leadership team. Under my leadership, the studio has grown in to a diverse team and we work hard to implement inclusive programs that support individuals from varied backgrounds.
