Credit Process Development & Implementation: Design, document, and implement efficient credit policies and procedures to ensure consistent credit risk management across the organization.* Credit Analysis: Evaluate the creditworthiness of new customer applications by reviewing financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant information. Provide recommendations for credit limits and terms.* Cash Collection & Follow-up: Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections of outstanding debts. Collaborate with the collections team to manage overdue accounts and resolve payment issues.* Credit Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor the financial stability of customers and assess any changes that may impact the company\'s exposure to risk. Adjust credit limits and terms accordingly.* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on credit performance, overdue accounts, and cash flow projections to senior management. Track and report key performance indicators related to credit and collections.* Dispute Resolution: Work directly with customers to address any disputes or issues that arise, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining good business relationships.* Collaboration with Sales & Finance: Partner with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless communication regarding new customer applications, credit approvals, and payment terms.* Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve credit control and cash collection processes to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
