Helping build something from the ground up — literally. At Schluter Systems, I’m part of the team launching a brand-new production facility, where I focus on operational efficiency, downtime reduction, and creating a strong plant culture from day one.I work hands-on with construction and contractor teams, bridging engineering and operations to keep projects moving and problems solved. From leading Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of new equipment to adapting with an evolving construction schedule, I make sure our plant is set up for long-term success.Key contributions so far: • Shaping a lean-driven culture centered on continuous improvement and collaboration. • Writing and rolling out standard operating procedures (SOPs) that set the foundation for scalable operations. • Supporting operations directly while introducing new systems that cut downtime and boost efficiency. • Acting as a connector between engineering, operations, and construction to keep the startup phase agile and solution-focused.This role has allowed me to combine technical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration, setting the stage for a facility that runs efficiently — and a culture that thrives.
