My career has been spent learning the intricacies of the P&C industry. I have worked my way up from a ladder assistant to Claims Manager closing over claims on both the commercial and personal lines from Lloyds of London to all the major American carriers. I have developed and taught more than 50 hours of CE credit for insurance adjusters including Hail Recognition, File Documentation, Business Interruption, and Ethics.
