My career has been spent learning the intricacies of the P&C industry. I have worked my way up from a ladder assistant to Claims Manager closing over claims on both the commercial and personal lines from Lloyds of London to all the major American carriers. I have developed and taught more than 50 hours of CE credit for insurance adjusters including Hail Recognition, File Documentation, Business Interruption, and Ethics. My dedication to fairness is second to none. Those that work with me find my knowledge of construction invaluable in the claims and appraisal process when addressing the issue of repair vs. replace. Currently. working as a Subject Matter Expert for FEMA proving insurance expertise and interpretation for high profile losses up to and including municipalities located throughout the United States.

   Write insurance reviews on multi-million dollar Federal and Private Non-Profits (PNP) for FEMA. This position requires Aduiting of State Departments, Municipalities, School Districts, Hospital Districts, and PNP documentation provided to FEMA for funding under the Public Assistance Program. Attend meetings with State, Local, and PNP officials as well as interact with engineers, architects, building consultants, City managers, Hospital Directors, School Board staff, and answer Congressional inquiry questions. The Audits preformed have the result of taking away millions of dollars in duplicated benefits.
