   I am a part of a student team that serves as consultants for real-world business and nonprofit problems. We work on semester-long projects, guided by experienced partners in residence as I progress over a multi-year path: consultant, senior consultant, manager, and senior manager. Each promotion leads to an increase in responsibility for client relations, team leadership, and support.2025 Spring Semester project: Lucid Bots (AI robotics company) in Charlotte, NC - market research and development for international expansion, analyzing supply chain strategies to enhance company operations, and delivering data-backed solutions to increase business growth.2024 Fall Semester project: Fortuna Bank - The client plans to disrupt the traditional transaction-oriented banking approach, focus on women business owners and entrepreneurs, and center customer relationships on education, wealth creation, and community. My team helped the client imagine and design customer experiences, identify generational differences in banking expectations, plus design meaningful moments, products, and communications. We outlined and created a financial literacy and client outreach program for a startup and the first women-owned bank in Ohio.
