With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Bonny Doorakian specializes in both Tenant and Landlord leasing representation as well as office condominium sales. In 2011, Bonny was nominated for Boston Office Deal of the Year by the Commercial Brokers Association for the leasing of One Faneuil Hall Square in record time. Bonny continues to be one of the top listing agents in the city of Boston for class B Landlord Representation due to her passion and creativity. Bonny has brokered over 100 deals totaling over sf in the last 365 days and is currently the representative for 55 buildings, totaling over $2.3 million square feet. She is currently also responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the commercial division as well as new business development for Boston Realty Advisors. She was associated with NAI Hunneman for six years prior to returning to Boston Realty Advisors in 2013 as a Managing Director.Previous to her work at Boston Realty Advisors, Bonny was ranked the number one Area Sales Manager in the United States for The Regus Group, the largest provider of executive office suites in the world. Bonny’s earliest experience in the industry began at established commercial real estate firms such as Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis Company, and The Flatley Company.
