Getting innovation right requires taking time to learn about the “new,” establishing a future vision and dedicating resources to test and scale big ideas. Accenture offers one of the biggest digital transformation ecosystems in the world, which allows me to bring the right set of technology and industry experts together to help government leaders explore the art of the possible and adjust to the pace of change. My goal is to take leaders out of their day-to-day so they can breathe life into what excites them most about their missions. With what I call “disruptive learning” we co-create a roadmap that brings vision to life through a series of tangible steps. Along the way, I use data to show how productivity and efficiency gains may further breakthroughs. Innovation is a mindset and I am honored when government leaders tell me they are energized – ready and inspired for what’s next.
