With a diverse background spanning analytical chemistry, quality control, molecular pathology, and cell therapy, I have developed teams and laboratories to meet the call of whatever challenges they may face, and establish robust processes to meet deadlines, adapt to rapidly changing objectives, and function with high efficiency and high quality.Most recently, I have focused my skill set into establishing and optimizing the MSAT laboratory at a novel manufacturing facility. I have worked cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA/QC, supply logistics, EH & S, engineering, and facilities teams in order to support the various KPIs established for the site.
