Responsible for innovative strategic leadership for the Koerber Pharma Packaging Materials US sales and manufacturing operations across 2 facilities - over 350 employees within total of sq. ft. of cGMP folding carton and commercial printing facilities primarily servicing the regulated pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer goods industries. Responsibilities also include P&L results, sales budgeting/forecasting and business development, CAPEX planning and execution and sustainability programs.Responsible for integrating the facilities and departments so they function efficiently and at a high level of quality. Responsible for developing leadership strategies, workflow solutions and synergies that drive and deliver optimal efficiencies and functionality. To lead, guide and implement Continuous Improvement strategies developed by the team. Responsible for bringing new technologies, solutions, services, equipment, products, and locations to Rondo-Pak that make us stand out from our competition.
